Hospitality

Our Events and Catering team at the Kroc are responsible for nourishing and delighting hundreds of people each day, 365 days a year. An icon in the community, Executive Chef Greggery Peterson leads his small team in serving fresh, scratch-made, affordable meals to Kroc guests and beyond. The Kroc Café is the visible face of the team, but their hard work and smiling faces deliver hundreds of hot meals daily to area homeless centers, caters all the parties and banquets at the Kroc Center, and serves fresh meals for kids in our day camps and after-school programs. The same team that pours a perfect latte and offers a fresh Cobb salad at the cafe, also prepared and delivered 19,290 meals to displaced disaster victims in the months after the devastating Canyon Fire.

Kroc Café

One of the best cafés in Salem is nestled inside the Kroc Center between the theater and the gym. Word of mouth has spread the buzz about our fresh, scratch-made sandwiches, soups, salads, and daily hot meal specials. The grilled cheese sandwich cannot be beat. Birthday Parties

Have a swim party at the Kroc in one of our pool-side party rooms. Book your party! We take care of everything, including the clean-up, while you and your guests splash and play in our pools, lazy river, water slide, and more.

Lock-In Parties for Schools and Organizations

Party all night with hundreds of your friends and classmates in the Kroc! Check out our Kroc Lock-Ins. Take over the entire facility to swim, shoot hoops, climb the rock wall, eat, play games, the sky is the limit!

Conferences and Banquets

Unforgettable events with in our state-of-the-art facility with turn-key service. The 92,000 sq. ft. Kroc Center was built with your special event in mind. Our unique gathering spaces are all housed under one roof and outfitted with high-end technical capabilities. Our professional team of chefs and caterers is on hand to create the perfect menu to complement your event. From breakfast buffets, to dessert trays and plated multi-course meals, there are many tasty dishes to choose from. The Kroc Center has a room and a meal for every occasion:

Prayer Garden

Tucked away amongst beautiful plantings of trees and shrubs native to the Pacific Northwest, this venue with its babbling stone wall waterfall, is the perfect setting for a small, intimate wedding of 20 to 30 guests.

Amphitheater

Skillfully designed, the outdoor amphitheater space can accommodate approximately 250 guests for such events as weddings, concerts and theater productions.

 

Chapel/Theatre

State of the art, this venue seats 288 in plush theater seating and is ideal for weddings, recitals, lectures, conferences and much more.

Birthday Rooms

Celebrate with a swim party based in one of our poolside party rooms. We handle everything from the pizza, to the cake, and of course, the clean-up.

Banquet Hall

Elegant and delicious meals prepared and served by our chefs and staff in our 10,000 sq. ft. dining room. The hall is equipped with audio/video hardware, conference cameras and projectors, as well as seating for dozens up to hundreds.

Conference Rooms

Executive meetings will never be bored at Kroc conferences. Our community rooms are configurable for formal board sessions, group seminars, and organization meetings. The rooms are wired with streaming cameras and large screens to connect to audiences large and small.
