NOTICE OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
The Salvation Army may photograph, film, and record audio and video on the Kroc Center property for promotional, marketing, educational, and publicity purposes. By entering or remaining on the Kroc Center property, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded and consent to The Salvation Army's use of your likeness, image, voice, and appearance, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for any lawful purpose.
You understand and agree that such use may occur without compensation, notification, or additional permission and may be used in perpetuity. Thank you for your understanding.

Kroc Annual Media Day

August 13th-14th, 2026

Our Marketing Team will be capturing new photos and videos throughout the Kroc Center on August 13th-14th to help showcase our programs and community. Team members will be easily identifiable with red name badges. Media Day may take place throughout the facility, including:

Aquatics
Sports & Fitness
Fine Arts & Education
Ministry
the Lobby
outdoor areas and etc

No photography and videography will be conducted in locker rooms or cabana areas.

As a thank you, complimentary day passes will be gifted to lucky participants at random throughout both days. Thank you for helping us share the Kroc story!
